Not in a phobia way but in a ‘I just don’t like spiders way.’
One of the perks of moving to Brooks and more specifically to Lake Newell Resort (and by resort I mean hamlet) was that I have shed my fear of spiders.
I have become so accustomed to spiders that I A) no longer fear them and B) don’t mind photographing them.
I do however A) mind them inside the house B) shriek when they are on me.
It’s not like we have spiders everywhere they’re just kinda always around, which I’m pretty sure has to do with lake living.
Here is a creepy crawler I found spinning webs on our canoe while I was enjoying a mini coffee break yesterday afternoon.

Last night I photographed and awesome family of 18. We had a great night and the light was just delicious.
So delicious in fact that I could see the backlit spider webs in the grass.
